A collection of used stamps has begun in cooperation of Samband íslenskra kristniboðsfélaga (SÍK) and Iceland Post.

A all post offices you can return used stamps, preferrable on an envelope. All proceeds of the used stamps will be used for children and general education in Etheopia and Kenia.

All year you can bring stamps to the offices of SÍK,  at Grensásvegi 7, 2. hæð 108 Reykjavík and Litla húsip, Glerárgötu 1, 600 Akureyri.

In 2009 over 2 million ISK worth was collected.
