Quality Management Policy

Iceland Post seeks to ensure that its services comply with Iceland Posts Terms of Operation. Viðskiptaskilmála Póstsins.  This is accomplished by incorporating and maintaining an active quality management system for all segments of operations. Iceland Post seeks to support disciplined work methods, systematic examinations of procedures, problem analysis and consistent work towards improvement with the goal of constantly bettering the company's performance.

Quality Management Certification

Iceland Post's quality management system is certified. In November 2007, BSI in Iceland granted Iceland Post certification that its quality management system complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard.

Quality Management Manual

All employees have access to Iceland Post's quality management manual, Póstbókin. This ensures that the company offers consistent quality services for its customers. There are also permanent monitoring and improvement programs in place to detect problems and achieve consistently better performance.
