Business parcels

Provide your customers with better service using Business parcels. Available are tracking of item, customs process and home delivery in the destination country.

Business parcels are available in all EU countries exept Bulgary, Cyprus, Latvia, Malta and Rumenia. Also available to Luxemburg, Norway and Switzherland.

Mailing

Business parcels have to be mailed using online registration. Included in the rate are customs process and home delivery. Tracking is available. Sender can ask for Proof of Delivery up to a year after mailing.

What can I send?

Size limits vary between countries as well as delivery time, see terms of service. The same terms apply to contents as for domestic parcels. The sender is responsible for import limitations in the destination country.

*Bulky and fragile, incur a surcharge (50%) in addition to the postage rate according to the weight of the item.

Delivery

Your Business parcel will ship on the first flight the first business day after mailing, if mailed before cut off time.

* In Sweden and Denmark the receiver has to have an account with the postal company in order to pay duties and receive home delivery.

Nice to know

All merchandize mailed abroad has to have an invoice stating the value. An online export report to Directorate of Customs is also required.
