More about Business Service

We bring you all the mail you receive. We pick up what you mail. Our service is available such as customs clearance, stamps and other products like boxes. A forwarding from a P.O. Box is not included in the monthly fee.

Where is Business Service available?

When and how often

Companies decide, in consultation with Iceland Post, at what times and how often Business Services come each day. It is possible to obtain company services once, twice or three times each day. It is also possible to request additional visits if necessary. Additional visits are not included in the monthly fee.

Iceland Post offers companies a choice of delivery vehicles: with or without a tail lift.

• Delivery vehicle without lift-small vehicle-4  m³ to 8  m³
• Delivery vehicle with lift-large vehicle-8  m³ to 14  m³
• Drivers have 15 min. leeway (+/-) regarding agreed times.

Attach a request for account charge for a faster process of your shipments. The Gateway holds the information of the tracking of shipments, lists of delivery and more.
